Annual flowers make a great addition to any garden. They bloom throughout most of the warm season months and are very showy. Perennials last year after year, but don’t usually have as long a blooming period. Therefore, when we design perennial gardens, we use different species, in order to extend the bloom period. Perennials also look good in more naturalized settings.
